- Full, easy to follow instructions
All designs are stitched in whole cross stitch, so they are a pleasure to sew – no irritating part stitches! Blended threads may be used in some designs – this is easy, and is fully explained in the instructions. We can supply Even weave fabric instead of Aida – just let us know before you pay.
NB. We assemble all our kits when orders are placed.
We can usually put kits together within a day or two but it also depends on how busy we are!
We will notify you if there is a production problem.
Kits contain sharp objects, so keep away from babies and young children.

Items are usually sent by Royal Mail 1st Class which frequently arrives in a couple of days, however, this is not a guaranteed service and can be slower than this.

Shipping cost £7.95 – £7.50 for each item

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment, usually sooner. All our products are placed in a large strong board backed envelope marked as “Do not bend” for safe transit. Shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, when the destination country has been confirmed.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or phone 0116 2707239. We will accept returns on products purchased directly from Jann Designs within 14 days of purchase. We require that the product is in an unopened, re-saleable condition when returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. Postage costs are non-refundable. Please notify us that you are returning an item. Any returned items should be sent by Royal Mail ‘Signed For’, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Privacy Policy
In the interest of data protection, Jann Designs will only use your personal information to fulfil your order and administer your account. We do not retain customer credit card details. We do not disclose/sell your card details to any third party organisations. Your personal data is for the sole use of Jann Designs. Orders on our website are securely processed by PayPal. Your account and password
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

We, Jann Designs, are the owner of all intellectual property rights for all designs on our website, and all the material published on it. Jann Designs images and works are protected by copyright laws which apply all around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not sell, copy or use any illustrations, photographs, any graphics or video. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of any content of Jann Designs website for commercial purposes.
