Are your designs suitable for a beginner?

We only use full cross stitch, there are no part stitches, so our kits are suitable for beginners. Full instructions are supplied with every kit. We are always available if you have any questions about our designs.

Can I buy the chart of the design, instead of the complete kit?

Sorry, all our designs are only sold as a complete kits. We do not provide charts separately from our kits

Can I order a catalogue?

We do not provide a printed catalogue, as we are constantly updating our range of designs. Our web site is our catalogue, where you can view our latest kits.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We accept credit card payments through Paypal – the No.1 Secure Transaction Site. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, your payment will be converted automatically into British Pounds for you.

Can I buy a kit without paying online?

If you are paying over the phone, your card details are only seen by us, and we do not store your credit card information. We also accept cheques in British currency and UK postal orders.

When will I receive my kit?

Orders are normally despatched within 5 working days. Please allow a few days longer if paying by cheque to allow for clearance.

Can I request a design?

We are always happy to hear from you with suggestions for future kits. However we do not provide a custom service from your own pictures

Do you have a shop?

We do not have a shop. Our kits are only available to buy from us online
